“I wish I could give a 10 star rating. They went above and beyond to accommodate my family as we rented 3 jeeps total. The whole process was worry free and easy to book. We landed and the jeeps were waiting for us...super-clean, full tanks of gas, the coolers and beach chairs were the cherry on top. When I tell you we travelled the entire island that is an understatement, the jeeps kept up no problem whether we were in the sand or high elevated in the mountains. We had no mechanical issues they were very well maintained. The sky roof top was a plus as well as the loud sound system, we turned heads everywhere we went. The owners were always one call away if we ever had questions. Top tier service hands down. I was skeptical renting from an outside rental company but was so glad we did. I had several questions before renting, the communication process was easy and very prompt. We had a very early morning arrival, the Jeep was at the airport waiting for us. After a simple 5 minute process we were on our way to explore the great island of Puerto Rico. Bonus surprise was the balloons celebrating our daughter's 17th birthday! To think of such a personal touch, was so thoughtful and unexpected. The rental was modern and spotless, loved the convenience of having the chairs and coolers included. Putting the top down while driving through the mountains and rain forest, is the way to do it!
