When you make a reservation, we collect:

• Personal Information: Full name, email address, phone number
• Reservation Details: Trip dates, Jeep selection, and payment option
• Payment Information: Handled by the selected payment provider — we do not store full card numbers
• Usage Data: Pages visited, browser type, device type (via Google Analytics)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process and confirm your vehicle reservation
• To send booking confirmations, receipts, and rental reminders
• To coordinate vehicle pickup and return logistics
• To improve our website and services based on usage patterns
• To comply with Puerto Rico and U.S. legal obligations

4. Payment Security

Depending on the option selected, online card payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal payments are processed by PayPal, and ATH Móvil payments are completed through ATH Móvil. Payments made at pickup are completed using the method selected at the self-service kiosk. Payment details are handled by the applicable provider, and JeepCation PR does not store full card numbers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with:

• Stripe, PayPal, and ATH Móvil — payment processing selected by the guest
• Base44 — website hosting and reservation data processing
• Resend / Twilio — email, SMS, and WhatsApp communication
• Google Analytics — anonymous website usage statistics
• RentalCover.com — optional third-party trip protection when a guest chooses to visit or use its services
• Law enforcement when required by applicable law

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to ensure the website functions properly and analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to understand visitor behavior. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect site functionality.
