Reservation Policies
Please review our reservation policies and terms & conditions carefully before reserving your Jeep. Your rental agreement confirms that you have read and agreed to these terms.
- •A valid driver's license is required for all guests.
- •Minimum age requirement: 18 years old (young driver fee applies for ages 18-24).
- •A valid payment method is required to complete the reservation process. No reservation deposit is required.
- •Reservation confirmation will be sent via email and WhatsApp.
- •Booking modifications must be made at least 24 hours in advance, unless issues with airline flights arise.
- •A flat $50.00 One-Day Reservation Fee is applied to ALL single-day (1-day) reservations, in addition to the daily rate.
- •Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time: Full refund of any amount paid toward the reservation, including any One-Day Reservation Fee paid.
- •Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time: No refund.
- •No-shows (failure to pick up without prior cancellation): No refund.
- •Request cancellation by WhatsApp at (939) 903-3429 or by email at Christian@luxewildpr.com.
- •JeepCation PR does NOT provide any insurance — no liability, collision, or damage coverage is included with the rental.
- •Puerto Rico maintains a government-administered automobile accident compensation program (ACAA) that may provide medical services and certain benefits to eligible individuals injured in traffic accidents.
- •ACAA does not cover vehicle damage or property damage and does not replace liability or collision insurance. Coverage is subject to applicable laws, eligibility requirements, and exclusions.
- •A $150 refundable incidental authorization hold is placed at trip start. The authorization is released after the Jeep is returned, provided there are no valid incidental charges under the agreement.
- •Guests are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the trip.
- •Damage assessments are conducted at return, documented with photos.
- •Any personal insurance or third-party protection used by the guest is subject to that provider's terms, exclusions, eligibility, and coverage limits.
- •Third-party trip protection is not included in your reservation rate. Guests may choose to obtain coverage independently, including through RentalCover.com or another provider of their choice.
- •Minor wear and tear is not charged to the guest.
- •All damage (dents, scratches, broken parts, etc.) must be reported within 24 hours of return.
- •Guests are responsible for repair costs of any damage occurring during the trip.
- •The guest agrees to pre-trip vehicle condition documented in the inspection form.
- •Damage outside normal use may result in charges against the incidental hold.
- •Excessive damage may result in additional charges beyond the incidental hold amount.
- •All vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel.
- •Vehicles must be returned with a full tank; refueling charges apply if not returned full.
- •Unlimited mileage is included in your reservation.
- •Vehicles are GPS-tracked; using outside authorized service areas may incur fees.
- •Vehicles are for personal transportation only; commercial use is prohibited.
- •Off-road driving is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by JeepCation PR.
- •No smoking is allowed inside vehicles.
- •Pets require advance written approval.
- •Maximum occupancy limits must be observed (Jeep: 5 passengers).
- •Renting vehicle to third parties is strictly prohibited.
- •We offer complimentary local delivery and pickup within our San Juan and surrounding area service zone.
- •For deliveries and pickups in Aguadilla, Ponce, or Mayagüez, a flat $100.00 delivery & pickup fee applies when the rental is 2 days or less.
- •The remote delivery fee is waived (not charged) for rentals of 3 days or more to or from Aguadilla, Ponce, or Mayagüez.
- •The remote delivery fee, when applicable, is added to the booking total and clearly shown in the price breakdown before payment.
- •Delivery locations are subject to availability and confirmation by our operations team.
- •Weather-related cancellations follow our standard cancellation policy. Requests to reschedule due to weather may be considered based on availability.

Puerto Rico ACAA Notice
Puerto Rico maintains a government-administered automobile accident compensation program (ACAA) that may provide medical services and certain benefits to eligible individuals injured in traffic accidents. ACAA does not cover vehicle damage or property damage and does not replace liability or collision insurance. Coverage is subject to applicable laws, eligibility requirements, and exclusions. JeepCation PR LLC does not administer or guarantee ACAA benefits.
Reservation Requirements
Valid Driver's License
A valid U.S. or international driver's license is required. Must be at least 18 years old to reserve.
Payment Method
A valid credit or debit card is required for the $150 refundable incidental authorization hold at trip start.
AutoExpreso Tolls
Vehicles are equipped with AutoExpreso tags. Toll usage is billed post-trip based on a detailed usage report.
Prohibited
Driving on sand dunes, deep mud, or unmarked off-road terrain
Smoking inside the vehicle at any time
Transporting more passengers than the vehicle's seat capacity
Leaving the vehicle with the Sky One-Touch roof open when unattended
Crossing to other islands (vehicles must remain in Puerto Rico)
Liability Waiver
WAIVER OF LIABILITY — JEEPCATION PR LLC
By completing this reservation, the renter ("Renter") acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk: Renter assumes full responsibility for the safe operation of the rented vehicle during the rental period.
2. No Insurance Provided: JeepCation PR LLC does NOT provide any insurance. Renter is solely responsible for all damages, bodily injury, property damage, or other losses during the rental period.
3. Indemnification: Renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JeepCation PR LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of Renter's use of the vehicle.
4. Personal Insurance: Renter is encouraged to verify that their personal auto insurance or credit card provides coverage for rental vehicles, and to obtain optional protection via RentalCover.com or equivalent.
5. Vehicle Condition: Renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition as received, normal wear excepted. Renter accepts full financial responsibility for any damage or loss.
6. Governing Law: This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
By proceeding with this booking, Renter acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to this Waiver of Liability.
By completing your reservation, you agree to the rental terms and conditions, including the Liability Waiver above. A copy of the full agreement will be sent to your email upon confirmation.
